One of the main aims of EPICIRQ is increasing visibility and performance export of Baltic circus performances.  Therefore we welcome local and foreign circus professionals - festival organisers, venue managers, agents, curators, circus researchers, members of funding bodies and writers to experience the EPICIRQ 2023 programme in Tallinn.
